Meet Rose

Rose Macwaters writes small-town Christian romance stories about faith, love, and second chances.

Her novels are rooted in close-knit communities, honest belief, and the kind of love that grows after life takes an unexpected turn. She is drawn to stories where faith is lived sincerely rather than perfectly, where grace meets people in their broken places, and where hope finds a way forward even after loss.

Rose’s love of story began early and never really let go. She graduated college summa cum laude before earning a Master of Arts degree in English, but her greatest joy as a writer comes not from theory or technique—it comes from crafting stories that feel like coming home. Stories readers can sit with, carry with them, and talk about long after the final page.

She currently lives in Mississippi with two cats who firmly believe they are in charge. When she isn’t writing, Rose can usually be found reading, going for long walks, or still—optimistically—searching for the way to Narnia.
